Some leftovers from the first apple tree pruning on newly created tree field in Niederkaufungen Kommune.
Last winter, the commune planted more than 300 trees on 3 hectares of arable land in a hilly area with a view of Kassel. Agroforestry can be the pioneer for new economic methods. This is a souvenir.

The product was sold during documenta fifteen, at Lumbung Kios located in Hübner-Areal venue. We exhibited and sold rural objects, creations and artworks that tell local stories from areas around Kassel about our local partners. And goods from our visiting Rural School of Economics network, that came to documenta with trade in their suitcase.
