Walter Böhm is pressing apples from his own trees and fallen fruit from neighbours and friends to make fresh apple juice every year. Most of the juice is consumed directly, and large amounts given away to. Some gets frozen, some preserved in bottles and some turned into cider (and later sometimes into Calvados).
Walter Böhm macht jeden Herbst frischen Apfelsaft, entweder von eigenem Obst oder Fallobst von Freunden und Bekannten. Der meiste Saft wird frisch getrunken und verteilt. Ein Teil wird eingefroren, in Flaschen eingekocht oder als Apfelwein weitervergoren (und danach manchmal zum Calvados gebrannt).
