Brought to us by Harriet Manzdorf from Pollinaria, Abruzzo,
Italy
Miscuglio Tenero ICARDA is a combination of more than 2000 (modern
and heritage) varieties of grain that form three “Evolutionary
Populations” of highly adaptive soft durum wheat, bread wheat and
barely for climate resistance.
The product was sold during documenta fifteen, at Lumbung Kios
located in Hübner-Areal venue. We exhibited and sold rural objects,
creations and artworks that tell local stories from areas around
Kassel about our local partners. And goods from our visiting Rural
School of Economics network, that came to documenta with trade in
their suitcase.
