From the dairy cooperative of organic farmers. The package consists of a pen, a magnet and a booklet – a label-checker that helps to orient in complicated world of bio-food labeling.

The product was sold during documenta fifteen, at Lumbung Kios located in Hübner-Areal venue. We exhibited and sold rural objects, creations and artworks that tell local stories from areas around Kassel about our local partners. And goods from our visiting Rural School of Economics network, that came to documenta with trade in their suitcase.
