Pop Up Shops Kassel 2022

In two pop-up stores in Kassel we promoted the project and economy of Zburazh Textiles with a sales point. Over this the guests of this lumbung-documenta-fifteen events were introduced to the special designs by the Zburazh Textile Collective. Set up from 2020 and looking for a culture of sharing skills, knowledge and spent time in the rural areas near Brest. Sveta Husakova and Alina Dzeravianka are setting the tone and a group of artists and designers comes to the rural area of Brest.

Pop Up Shop ruruHaus, 11 September 2022.

We had an afternoon with Kassels’ Rural Undercurrents local partners and lumbung friends.

The launch of the documentation film of Rural School of Economics was celebrated within Meydan#3. During the Myvillages potluck dinner we set up a Pop Up Shop and sold bags and t-shirts from Belarus as well.

Pop Up Shop Schlachthof, 28 and 29 November 2022

We set up a sales table at the conference organised by the Dutch Embassy in Berlin and the Consulate General in Düsseldorf, together with the Kulturzentrum Schlachthof in Kassel. On the occasion of documenta fifteen, a major participatory event that introduced lumbung to our art-language, an exchange of experiences between participants from the Netherlands, Germany and ruangrupa was encouraged and new alliances were explored.
