Beauty comes from nature. Parco Arte Vivente (PAV) in Turin,
Italy / Libera Scuola del Giardino.
The tattoos show plants that were grown during the Garden School
and International Village Shop in PAV, with Wapke from Myvillages
taking part as curator and co-educator on invitation of Marco
Scotini. Plant-based beauty products from their garden are in
production since 2016. The Garden School was set up with Orietta
Brombin and still active.
The product was sold during documenta fifteen, at Lumbung Kios
located in Hübner-Areal venue. We exhibited and sold rural objects,
creations and artworks that tell local stories from areas around
Kassel about our local partners. And goods from our visiting Rural
School of Economics network, that came to documenta with trade in
their suitcase.
